1. GAME RULES

Future Stars Invitational Cup 2023 is played in accordance with FIFA:s rules and the Swedish Football Association's rules for 11 against 11 football.

2. COMPETITION FORM

All teams in each group meet. Victory gives 3 points, draw 1 point, loss 0 points. If several teams in the same group after the end of the group game have the same number of points, placement will be selected as follows: 1. Goal difference 2. Most number of goals scored. 3. Mutual meeting 4. Draw.

FINAL GAMES: After the initial group game, matches cannot end a draw. In endgame matches we apply penalties in case of a draw after full time. 3 penalties for each team and unless the match is decided, "sudden death" will take the penalty.

3. MATCH TIME

The match time for both group play and end play is 2 x 25 min.

4. NUMBER OF PLAYERS AND SUBSTITUTIONS

A team can use a free number of players during a match. Exchanged players may be reinstated in the same match. Replacements are made without the judge blowing. All replacements must take place within the team's technical area. Incorrect replacements are punished with a yellow card. There is no maximum limit for the number of participants on the participant list.

5. CLASSIFICATION

In 2023 we have the following classes and dates for the different classes.

G14 (girls born 2009, 11 vs 11) - 16 teams
B14 (boys born 2009, 11 vs 11) - 16 teams  

6. TEAM PLAYERS

All teams must fill out a participant list of players who will participate in the tournament digitally. The list of participants must have been registered in the websystem before arrival at the cup. Only players registered in the cup manager's lineup may play. Participant list does not need to be printed and submitted.

7. DISPENSES

A maximum of two players born a year earlier than the current year may be in the squad.

8. BEFORE GAME

Equipment

All player suits must be numbered and the numbers must match those listed on the team lineup. The numbering must be on the back of the player jersey. Two players may not have the same number on the jersey during the same match. If the match referee judges that one team should wear vests due to similarity in color with the other team's game suit, the away team shall wear vests. Leg protection is mandatory.

At match

All teams must be dressed up and ready at their game plan no later than 10 minutes before the start of the match. All players must be insured. Each team is responsible for the behavior of their own supporters.

9. REFEREES

We use 3-referees system, ie one main referee and two assistant referees.

10. COMPETITION JURY

Competition jury consists of competition management. Protest and punishment cases are handled by the competition management. These decisions cannot be appealed or amended.

11. PROTESTS AND PENALTIES

Protests must be submitted in writing to the Competition Secretariat by the responsible leader of the protesting team no later than 15 minutes after the end of the match in question. Protest fee (SEK 300) must be paid at the same time as protest is submitted. The protest fee is refunded if the protest is approved. Protest is dealt with by the competition management, whose outcome cannot be appealed.

Expulsion

Expelled players are automatically suspended for the following match. Warnings are not accumulated from match to match, otherwise the rules of Svenska FF apply

12. WALKOVER

Teams that have been missing from a match, without valid reason, lose the match by 3-0. In case of repeated wrongdoing, teams can be excluded from the tournament. However, the competition jury may, if special circumstances exist, decide that law should be excluded already on the first offense. For example, if intentional walkover benefits one's own team or disadvantages another team in the group.

13. GAMES

The competition management reserves the right to change the game program. Both in terms of grouping and times. Notice of change shall be communicated to each team leader.

14. ORGANIZERS

Future Stars Invitational Cup is organized by Future Stars and Iconic Events Sthlm AB.

15. INSURANCE

Each team leader must ensure that all participants are insured both on and off the pitch. The Future Stars Invitational Cup does not have a collective insurance policy that covers injuries, illnesses, theft or damage.
